From the Long Island Expressway, exit at the Clearview Expressway south. The highway ends at Hillside Avenue - take Hillside Avenue west (25w) to Francis Lewis Blvd. Turn left onto Francis Lewis Blvd. Incarnation is located 1 block down on the left.

From the Cross Island Parkway, exit at Hempstead Avenue west. Take Hempstead Avenue to Jamaica Avenue. Turn left on Jamaica Avenue then turn right onto Francis Lewis Blvd. Church is on 89th Avenue.
